The Carpenter Family

Justin and I moved to Nevada in August 2005. We love it here. However we miss our family and friends back home. Our church here is great! We have been married for 7 years. We have one Daughter, Isabella who was born Oct 19 2006 and a son Caleb due in Feb of 2009! This blog is for our Family and Friends to catch up on how we are doing. What a great invention!

    Lovey Dovey

I thought I would be lovey dovey and post a picture of my husband and me kissing at our Wedding. I loved that day and love everyday after and will always love everyday with him. He is the best husband ever. He is my best friend. I love the way he makes me feel and how much he wants to see me happy. We have shared so many memories and will share so many more. He is the most important thing in my life and I will always love him.

    Carpenter Family

Here is a picture of Justin's parents and his Brother Josh. Justin's other brother Jeremy is married to Morgen but I don't have a picture of them. This is us at a cousin's wedding about a year ago. I miss his family and so does he alot. They are the best! Deena is an awesome mom and can't wait until I have kids and they get to meet her and their awesome Grandpa! He is very sweet and caring with kids. I see him with Chloe(Jeremy and Morgen's daughter) and it makes me smile to know our kids will be so loved and adored by the him and Deena. Josh is considering moving here sometime in the future, he loved it here when he visited. It will be nice to have family close again. I love holidays with his family, all of them. His Grandpa and Grandma are missionaires in Uganda and they are back for the holidays every year. His Grandma has a feast prepared for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. The works, and it's so so so good! There home is always so inviting and warm and filled with all those holiday smells and LOVE! They make everyone feel so special! We have only been here for about 2 months but I do miss all things from WA. Mostly family and friends, but I do miss the familiar things. Like Fred Meyer, I know it's silly but I would go there all the time. I also miss the familar streets, trees, and other stores and malls. I miss our church too and knowing so many people there. We will get to visit Real Life Church in December for Christmas. Our friend Jessica still goes there and so does some of our other friends that I miss alot. Shout out to Jodi, Andrea, Kenzie, Danae,Emily, and all the others! Love ya guys!

    The Guys!

Well the guys had fun too! Here is a familar picture of them! And funny ones! Men will be Men!

    Weekend with the Cagles!

John and Jessica and Baby John came to visit all of us this weekend. It was a lot of fun. We ate till we couldn't eat anymore! The beauty of Buffets! We went bowling, but to a different bowling alley this time and had so much fun! The kids stayed with a sitter and we stayed out until 11:00pm! That is late when you have children! Us girls got a little silly in the car on the way to bowling. We decided it would be fun to make as many different faces and take pictures of them. We were cute, funny, laughing, and we even tried smoldering! ;) I am so glad they came to visit it was like ol times again. I miss that familiar friendship and being able to really be yourself and be silly at any time! The "three amigas" are back in action! Watch out Reno! They were supposed to go home today, Monday but the flight was full so they are coming home tomorrow! It's a good thing flights are pretty cheap and only 90 mins long from Seattle! I will miss them when they do leave! Baby John is really cute and smiles all the time! Grace enjoyed having someone to play with and share her toys with! They even held hands awhile. You will have to check out either Jess's Blog or Mary's for those pictures.
