Our 1st little baby pictures are finally here! Today we had our 1st ultrasound and got to hear the hearbeat and see the baby! The 1st one is of the external ultrasound on my belly so it's smaller and not as clear but it is of the baby's face! you can see it's little head and just below what looks like a mohawk is eyes and mouth! THe 2nd picture is internal and way better! You can see baby's little feet and legs and arms! So amazing! I can't even beleive it! Baby was jumping all over the place like a little jumping bean! Justin saw the little heartbeat beating so quickly in the picture was so shocked and excited! For those who have seen an ultrasound, especially of their own baby, it's so amazing, surreal, and just shocking! I can't wait until we know what Baby is which my doctor told me we can look in about 6 weeks!! Justin is even more excited now! It puts it all in perspective! I have been sick almost everyday for the past 6 weeks it's been hard. And smells and food are just not anywhere near something I want to think about or be around! I love food :) and it's been hard not enjoying it! No meat! Meat is disgusting! I can handle it sometimes but I can't handle the smell of it cooking! Justin has been so great taking care of me and our house while I have felt this way! He will be such a great Dad! We have our 1st big item out of the way. We have a travel system stroller and it's very nice! Justin set it up right away and it's sitting in Baby's room for now. I think I might have him put the base in as soon as we get a mat to protect the car leather seats and just drive around with it in the car! Justin and I think we are having a girl whose name will be Isabella Sophia Carpenter. Deena thinks it will be boy and is determined to find a boy name! If baby is a boy then we will have to decide pretty quick but we think it's a girl so we are going to put all our eggs in one basket for now! Sorry Deena:)!
